There is hope - and that's where we come in. NF Inc. Minnesota is a nonprofit organization dedicated to individuals and families affected by Neurofibromatosis. We provide information, and appropriate referrals to anyone interested in NF. We create awareness about neurofibromatosis within our community. We raise funds for research working towards better management, treatments and a cure. We provide resources to clinics, and support to individuals and families.
Join Us. Our chapter meetings provide knowledgeable speakers on relevant topics, plus opportunities to network and share information. Newsletters, information packets and peer counseling are available to anyone, anytime.
The money raised through special events and membership not only fund research, but provide assistance with medical travel, camp scholarships and outreach. The majority of our funds raised stays in Minnesota.
Mission Statement: We are dedicated to awareness, education, and support for those affected by neurofibromatosis.

Patricia Malm joined the board of NF Inc. Minnesota after her sister Sandra died from cancer related to her NF. Sandra showed grace and courage dealing with her medical condition. After she had her left arm/shoulder removed due to cancer, Sandra continued to work as a nursing assistant at a hospital in Fargo, ND. Pat wanted to honor Sandra's memory and be a part of an organization offering support to others with NF. As a social worker in the county system for the last 44 years, Pat believes in the benefits and support NF Inc. Minnesota can provide to families. Pat has taken on the role as Child Care Provider during chapter meetings. As a devoted and active Aunt (yes, even a Great Aunt) to many nieces and nephews, Pat relates well to children. Pat has met wonderful, devoted, and caring people because of her involvement with NF Inc. Minnesota and would encourage others to join us.
